•This Big 4 Global Brand Leader in the M&A market has openings for highly technical, advanced audit trained proffessionals to work in their US Capital Markets group, based in London. You will be part of the rapidly growing team guiding foreign registrants through their US financial reporting obligations and being an integral player in creating innovative and dynamic market leading recommendations to blue chip clients.•Your responsibilities will include•Assisting engagement teams and clients on all aspects of their SEC reporting and US GAAP•Interacting directly with clients discussing details of transactions in order to develop appropriate strategies•Conducting research into technical matters and developing accounting solutions for cross-border, transactions•Work with both existing and aspiring SEC registrants, including many of the FTSE 100 - while still having the ability to do your own business developmentWho we're looking forCandidates eligible to work within the Global Capital Markets division of my clients Transaction Services Dept must:• Have strong experience with SEC Reporting or IFRS and US GAAP• Be CPA/CA qualified with a minimum of 7 years of experience• Have the ability to identify areas of risk and act accordingly upon these risks• The ability to listen, advise, and communicate with leaders of the business world throughout many industries and countriesHave the ability to research, problem solve, and create solutions for complex transaction accounting issuesAbout our clientOur client is a Big 4 firm with 115,000 person workforce across 700 offices in 140 countries.
