Mail and Copy Manager-Legal environment
We are presently hiring a SITE Manager to lead a team at a high profile account in Wilmington, DE. This position requires a candidate with a track record of successfully managing a team of 8 people in a mailroom/ copy center LEGAL environment. This manager must have experience in Office Services Management, or Facilities Management.
YOU MUST HAVE LITIGATION COPY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
EXPERIENCE IN THE DIGITAL ENVIORNMENT (I-PRO, INTERWOVAN, LAW) PREFERRED.
Experience working in a LEGAL setting a MUST!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing excellences in services provided to client including but not limited to, Mail, Distribution & Copy Center.
Function as a liaison between the client and our organization
Prioritize and schedule all work including overflow work to backup facility
Ensure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards
Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies
Ensure production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, and monthly
Interface with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary
Initiate communication and problem solving with regard to customer concerns.
Recommends Service Enhancements & Value add to clients.
Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively.
Manage budget and control expenses effectively
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent computer skills; spreadsheets applications
Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude & appearance
Create a customer-focused environment
Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management skills.
Successful track record in motivating and managing a staff
Ability to manage to 8 non-exempt employees
This Manager must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills as well as have self-initiative
