Manager of Administration Summary
Our client is a leading source of copyright information located in the Playa Del Rey area.

They are seeking a Manager of Administration to join their growing company. The role of the Manager of Administration will entail managing all licensing administrative functions for our client. This includes processing invoices and payments, licensee contract management, collection letters and license renewal administration.

 

Manager of Administration Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the licensing (marketing) department with daily, weekly and monthly management reports and perform any ad hoc reporting as necessary. Coordinate transactions between our client and third parties (i.e. CVLI Portland and our client field representatives). Resolve inquiries for our client’s financial monthly closing. Ensure that accurate data is collected by the company systems and appropriate information is provided to all users. Use technology to automate/streamline processes. Candidates will be able to work independently. Function as the licensing liaison with the IT department. This will include the testing, development, report writing, analysis. Assessing the IT needs of the licensing division and either implementing solutions, or working with IT to implement solutions.Administer and coordinate the receivable functions. Ensure that all collection letters are sent to appropriate clients. Serve as the contact person and coordinate the gathering of leads from all our client’s field representatives, including monthly report reviews and follow up, when necessary. Handle the month end administrative functions in SLX, such as balance and report corrections. Function as the liaison with CCLI for matters relating to CVLI, such as weekly and monthly reports. Handle the cancellations/credits, and coordinate the related follow up qualifications and letters.

 

 

Essential Manager of Administration Skills & Characteristics Must have an IT management background (more functional than technical)Crystal reports experienceKnowledge of CRM systemsOperational management
