Providus is recruiting a paralegal fluent in Mandarin Chinese to join a top downtown Los Angeles firm.  The candidate will review business contracts in Chinese and perform due diligence.  Must be able to read and understand simple script Chinese.  You will be expected to report in writing and verbally any issues uncovered in your review of documents.  Candidates with a background in corporate, M&A or securities is ideal, but not required.
