Marketing/Administrative Position

Marketing/Administrative Position:  Growing law firm seeks energetic self-starter with good skills for diversified full-time position at its new Orangeburg, NY location (Rockland/Bergen border, 15 minutes from Westchester and George Washington bridge).  Duties include:

 

·  Correspondence and support functions for attorneys

·  Coordination of firm events and marketing initiatives

·  Follow up with potential client leads to provide information and marketing materials

·  Supervision of the organization and maintenance of client contact database and participation in its organization

·  Organization and management of firm marketing programs

·  Coordination of firm publications and mail lists

·  Design of Power Point presentations, invitations, flyers and other day-to-day marketing materials

·  Participation in general administrative assignments of legal support staff

·  Assistance with other administrative tasks as required

 

Requirements:

 Strong written and verbal communications skillsStrong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Adobe, etc.)Marketing/ database-management backgroundComputer-based design skills Expediting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities/tasksAbility to work with minimal supervisionLeadership and supervisory skills applicable to a small team environmentGood organizational skills and high degree of efficiency
