Exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced advertising and marketing professional with a desire to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding legal services firm in Cincinnati. Firm provides specialized, ‘outsourced’ settlement administration services to those in the legal community. It handles knowledge and process intensive functions that clients generally cannot do effectively for themselves (because of a lack of time, resources or subject matter expertise).

Responsibilities

 Overseeing and coordinating all firm marketing activities in close collaboration with executive team and business unit leadersEnsuring that all elements of the firm’s marketing program tie together and support the overall messageWorking with individual business unit leaders to develop effective strategies and tactics that appropriately target clients and support business growth and development plansDeveloping all marketing content, including writing material for brochures, mail campaigns and websiteLeading efforts to develop appropriate collateral materials, including brochures, advertising, exhibit materials, etc.Managing firm’s relationship with outside vendors to ensure it is appropriate, timely and cost effective

 

Requirements

 Associate or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication or other related field preferredMinimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, including direct experience developing marketing content, executing marketing campaigns and successfully delivering projectsSolid understanding of the tools and techniques required to develop and execute a solid marketing effort, including familiarity with all key mediaExcellent project management, organization and analytic skillsA demonstrated ability to own and drive projects and initiatives and a track record of successfully delivering resultsStrong written and oral communication skills and seasoned judgment to interact with internal clients, external partners and senior leadershipAbility to manage and thrive in fast paced, demanding environment, including the ability to manage up to the senior leadership teamIdeal candidate would have previous experience working with a company in a professional services industry (e.g., legal services, consulting)
