Marketing Strategist and Implementer

We would like to locate an experienced marketing strategist who can help develop and immediately implement a program for domestic and global distribution of a DVD program that explains U.S. immigration law to the world in simple language. It is the first of its kind with great market potential.  You should be a strong implementer who can use innovative approaches as we have already covered all of the traditional methods for distribution; this position requires a creative person who enjoys watching the positive results of his or her work. Your compensation package includes salary, stock options, bonuses, and the amount of compensation you can earn will be limited only by the amount of effort you put into this position. If you  have strength in media that would be a great asset. Our goal is immediate exposure of this product. We have three distinct markets: international, U.S.-Hispanic, U.S.-non-Hispanic. Please advise us of which one interests you.

For the right person, this could be the last time you will ever 'have' to work. We are fully prepared to compensate most fairly for creative effort by someone who has the capabilities and work ethic to execute on a viable strategy.



There is a broad market in terms of age and geography for this product and we would like to deal with an experienced person who can help us generate exposure through viral and other forms of promotional marketing while maximizing the stretch of our budget. This program can be marketed to government agencies, HR professionals, the Hispanic market, and the general public both inside and outside the U.S. We have a number of ideas (ie informericals)  for you to implement but would like you to lean on your experience to provide us with other ideas as well as a network of persons who can be of assistance.



We would also like you to identify and develop strategic partners for our product.

You must be able to execute multiple tasks on a concurrent basis, have strong organizational skills work well under pressure, and most importantly, and this is non-negotiable, you must have a sense of urgency. You should be the type of person who gets the job done, and does not spend so much time in planning a job that you do not get to the execution in a reasonable time period.

We are concerned not only with your educational and experiential abilites but with your various networks in the marketplace that can help expedite the marketing process. Public Relations experience would be a plus.



You should have at least 7 years' experience in marketing; a background in consumer goods is preferred. You should have experience managing and executing on large projects, and a 4-year degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
