Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: · Prior experience working in a law firm environment required · Proven leadership experience required; minimum 3+ years managing 10 to 25 employees · Management experience in multi-service environment; minimum 3+ years · Effective customer relationship building skills · Effective written and verbal communication skills; proven analytical skills · Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills · Proven experience in high volume/fast paced environment · Ability to resolve issues without management supervision required · Proven experience in achieving financial goals related to revenue and profitability managing a monthly revenue of $45K to $125K · Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs · Relevant certificates a plus · Ability to travel· Prior work experience with legal records preferred· Undergraduate degree preferred
