PR Director (Fragrance)

The PR Director leads the PR team and supports the company in developing and implementing winning PR strategies.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: •Strategize key communications activities to elevate the visibility of the brand;•Maintain extensive contact with beauty, trade, lifestyle and business press and broadcast media; actively pitch and secure high-profile media placements on an ongoing basis;•Oversee the creation of press materials for consumer and trade press•Oversee the creation and organization of public relations events;•Develop talking points and run of show for all press events; •Ensure the smooth coordination of activities with global communications group in France and/or brand partners; •Analyze media results and identify strategic placement opportunities;•Develop and implement departmental budget recommendationsWho we're looking forA minimum of 10 years of Public relations in the Beauty industry• Excellent follow-up skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communications skillsAbout our clientOur client is a young, high-energy, very entrepreneurial european company.What's on the offerBase salary + bonus - Full benefit (medical, Dental, Vision) -401kFor further information please forward a detailed resume along with current salary,
