We are looking for a Petty Cash Clerk to work in our New York City office who will be responsible for providing the reimbursement of approved routine expenditures.  The Petty Cash Clerk will: Review and Audit all submitted petty cash vouchers based on the Accounting Department’s guidelines, Maintain and Audit the running petty cash balance, Keypunch submitted petty cash vouchers, Distribute in-house disbursements, Post cost entries, etc.

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast paced environment

*Associates degree, one year of relevant experience required

*Pleasant demeanor, Strong interpersonal skills, Flexible attitude

*Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite

*Strong verbal and written communication skills
