(www.glenmontgroup.com) Client: AMLAW 100 Law FirmGENERAL SUMMARY: Under the general supervision and direction of the Content Manager, and following prescribed department, office and firm procedures, the Content Coordinator is responsible for formatting, editing and occasionally writing business development materials, assisting with firm responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and information, and preparing client presentations. Additionally, the Content Coordinator is responsible for assisting in establishing systems to maintain firm marketing collateral, and assures that updates are consistently applied to all collateral. The Content Coordinator must be familiar with the AP style guidelines and be extremely detail oriented. The Content Coordinator is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s attorneys, advisors and staff, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, the Content Coordinator must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner which is consistent with the Firm’s Core Values.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties are performed throughout every work day, as necessary): Write and edit broad range of business development materials. Assist with writing and preparation of proposals and presentations. Review and update standardized business development language, as necessary. Respond to literature requests. Maintain proposal and presentation databases. Maintain collateral databases. Prepare reports and updates as needed. Perform research for other marketing staff regarding information contained in previous proposals. Assure adherence to firm style guide and templates. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 2-4 years experience writing marketing materials Experience in professional services firm preferred, with knowledge of law firms and legal industry a plus MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
