Recovery Specialist - Up to $7,500 Monthly Bonus Potential - St. Louis, MO

Hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn up to $7,500 monthly bonus potential

 

Hollander Law Offices, LLC, a growing creditor's rights law firm with locations in suburban Atlanta, GA and St. Louis, MO, is looking to place Recovery Specialists in our St. Louis, MO offices.  The Recovery Specialist notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·  Requests form letters to send to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.

·  Confers with borrower by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, review contract with borrower and determine Best Possible Arrangement (BPA).

·  Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.

·  Forwards accounts where borrowers fail to make payment to “Reviewâ€� for possible Administrative Wage Garnishment or Litigation (where authorized)

·  Sets up payment arrangements and negotiates on behalf of the client(s).

·  Maintain establish quotas or goals consistently.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

·  Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·  Knowledge of Word Processing software and Internet software.

·  Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with 3rd party collection, 1st party collection, call center sales, call center customer service or other related debt collection experience.

·  Our ideal candidate will have strong problem solving, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
