SAP Accounting Super User

PepsiCo is looking for business experts with a strong accounting background to support the implementation of SAP. Your responsibilities will include:•Assist in the development of a detailed work plan to determine resources and tasks necessary for all phases of SAP implementation.•Work with process terms to identify and communicate business process changes.•Manage business requirements and ensure appropriate follow- up is performed to resolve outstanding issues.•Ensure controls (including SOX Key Controls) are reviewed and agreed to with business owners.•Participate in weekly meeting with Functional Integration Lead to insure goals and milestones are being met.•Partner with business Subject Matter Experts to provide support and assistance through all phases of implementation, including user acceptance testing.•Ensure appropriate and relevant metrics are established.Who we're looking forThe Ideal Financial Analyst will have:• Bachelor's Degree• 3 years of finance/control/accounting experience (Big 4 is a plus).• Substantial experience in at least one of the following: sales order management; purchase order management; fixed assets; general ledger; financial reporting (especially joint venture accounting, consolidations & financial closing); AR; demand planning, production order management and inventory management; sales promotion/ marketing expenditures.• Proficient in Excel and MS office.• SAP experience and/ or systems implementation experience.• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.About our clientPepsiCo is a world leader in convenient foods and beverages, with 2006 revenues of more than $35 billion and 168,000 employees.The company consists of Frito-Lay North America, PepsiCo Beverages North America, PepsiCo International and Quaker Foods North America.
