SENIOR APPLICATION ANALYST CONSULTANT - FIRST CLASS LAW FIRM!

 Senior Litigation Applications Analyst Consultant will provide advanced technical support of primary litigation discovery database system (Introspect) and related data. This specialized, technical subject matter expert will interface with Information Technology teams to assure discovery database system infrastructure and applications are performing optimally and will address system configuration to support case team and client requirements. This position will provide advanced technical support of primary litigation discovery database system (Introspect) and related data and applications; support additional related core applications including but not limited to: CaseMap/TimeMap, LiveNote, Iconect, IPRO, Sanction, and/or Trial Director. In addition, they will coordinate and monitor the flow of litigation data at an enterprise level; this includes monitoring space utilization, ensure compliance to documented data and database policies for creation, naming conventions, storage, and transfer/archival/deletion, provide basic and intermediate software.
Required Skills:
Two-year degree in a technology-related major is required; Four-year degree is preferred.
Two years (minimum) experience in the Litigation Support Industry with a law firm litigation support department or with a litigation support vendor is preferred
Two or more years of hands-on experience (in an administrative capacity) with Zantaz Introspect is preferred; specifically, experience with version 5 is preferred.
Hands-on experience with of the following applications is also preferred: Concordance, Summation, CaseMap/TimeMap, LiveNote, Iconect, Doculex, IPRO, Opticon, Sanction, and/or Trial Director).

Must generally possess solid technical skills (e.g. problem solving, troubleshooting, scripting, application security, application integration, web-based applications, remote access solutions (e.g. Citrix), familiarity with various industry standard file types, compression).
Previous hands-on experience with (and working understanding of) Microsoft SQL server, T-SQL, and relational database design and development is required.
Previous hands-on experience with HTML and XML is strongly preferred.
Previous hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft SQL Server reporting services is preferred.
Technology project management skills are preferred.
Experience evaluating software and technical professional services is a plus

Must be able to communicate effectively with legal professionals, technology and professional service vendors, and internal technology peers.
Solid business writing skills, for the purposes of case status reporting, basic proposal writing, and written negotiations are a plus.
