Sales Executive in the Legal Industry

Established in 1997, Elisa Dreier Reporting Corp. is an NYC court reporting agency located in Midtown Manhattan.  We are one of the leading providers of court reporting services in the New York area, and also provide our services worldwide.  In an effort to grow our company and expand our business contacts, EDRC is seeking a full-time Sales Executive with either general sales experience or other applicable background in legal services and/or litigation support. The ideal candidate will have dynamic interpersonal skills and the drive to achieve outstanding sales results in a fast-paced professional environment. Sales Executives are responsible for developing new relationships and expanding existing relationships through in-person meetings with attorneys; day-to-day account management; tracking upcoming cases and communicating new services to prospective clients. Applicants must have excellent verbal and presentation skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word is a must; familiarity with Excel, Outlook and Power Point is helpful. College degree and professional references required. Competitive salary plus commission and benefits, including health and 401k. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
