Sales Representative - Legal Industry

The Opportunity:

TPE Staffing has been asked by one of our best clients in the legal industry to identify a Sales Professional for their Evanston, IL office.  This position will call on Fortune 500 corporations as well as large legal firms with the goal of positioning our client as their exclusive patent search provider.  Experience with selling to law firms or to legal departments is a plus, but not a necessity. 

This is a goal oriented position and requires the ability to work on deadlines.

 

Qualifications:  

·         Strong ability to develop rapport, overcome objections and persuade

·         Superior written,  verbal, and phone-based communication skills

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Highly assertive and flexible

·         Self starter who works independently and in team environment

·         Positive attitude

·         Confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills

·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, persistent and able to prioritize multiple tasks

·         Computer savvy: must make updates in a CRM tool to build an accurate database of valuable information

·         1-4 years of successful sales or other professional work experience is preferred
