Scanning Specialist

Position Description: The Scanning Specialist is responsible for identifying, bar coding, and scanning incoming documents from the mail room. Duties include identifying a variety of legal documents from all phases of the foreclosure process, creating bar codes, and scanning the documents prior to delivery.

Requirements: Attention to Detail.

Education: High School Degree or equivalent required; higher education degree a plus.

Technical Proficiency: in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Internet and Email (Outlook). Any Document Management software knowledge is a plus. Capable of learning new systems quickly.

Other: Posses excellent customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast pace, high volume office environment. Capable of making independent decisions. Enjoys working in a team environment. Must have good research and investigation skills, and understand legal terms.
