Seeking Business Analyst for Law Firm

Top tier midtown law firm is seeking a Business analyst in their mergers and acquisitions department.

Responsibilities include:  Manage the process surrounding the tracking and maintenance of transactional information for internal knowledgebase.  Respond to precedent requests from attorneys.  Coordinate reporting of firm-wide transactional information externally to media entities.  Manage process to update M&A Forms Library.  Analyze and resolve transactional discrepancies and rejected deals with media entities in order to maximize the number of deals they accept and increase firms worldwide rankings.  Review client bills and categorize time.

Experience:

·  MBA degree preferred or commensurate experience

·  2 – 4 years experience in the legal industry

·  Corporate or Mergers & Acquisitions experience

Salary up to 90K plus
