Defend AHM in complex, litigation in class action. Provide legal advice

JD from an accredited law school; California State Bar admittance; minimum 8 years major law firm and/or similar in-house experience with primary emphasis in complex business litigation from inception through trial. Class action experience preferred.

Candidate should possess extensive, hands-on litigation experience. High level of experience in evaluating and handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial. Knowledge in dealer law helpful. Excellent oral and written communication skills and good people management skills are required.
