Position Overview
While adhering to department and company policies, the Service of Process Clerk role is to meet or exceed exception performance and quality standards, while maintaining a client specific portfolio of incoming files relevant to Customer Statuses.
The position requires extensive outbound calling & persistent follow up skills, problem solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills and vendor relationship building skills. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast pace growing environment.
Position Responsibility and Duties
· Adhere to company and Department Policy and Procedures
· Perform effective Server communication, follow up and follow through to ensure performance and quality goals are achieved via telephone, email & the internet
· Coordinate with Sheriff’s office to ensure contact requirements are achieved
· Coordinate with the Clerk of Court to ensure contact requirements are achieved
· Perform job duties in accordance with documentation standards in in Tracker, our system of record
· Ensure applicable case file updates are maintained including required documents and organizational standards
· Serve as point of contact for servers
· Meet or exceed Key Performance Standards
· Meet or exceed Key Quality Standards
· Perform skip-trace duties as required and or as needed
· Serve as back up in the absence of other team members
· Meet all training requirements and apply what has been trained in your daily work product and interactions with team members and customers
· Demonstrate proficiency in ProVest terminology

Requirements

· Must be detail oriented
· Must be proficient in typing and computer skills
