Sr Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to $70K

Prominent Morristown Law Firm seeks Sr Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their real estate group.

 

Candidates must have Knowledge of:

*Preparing warranties

*Deeds

*Permits

*Easements

*Leases

*Tenant estoppels

*Recital

*Land Use experience is a plus

*Able to conduct title searches

*Prepare lender and closing packages

*Perform all closing tasks and financial calculations

*Manage trust funds

*Prepare closing binders

 

Required:

*Bachelors Degree

*5 years commercial real estate experience, land use experience is a plus

*Solid computer skills

*Able to handle a commercial closing from beginning to end independently
