Sr. Contracts Manager for a Dynamic Marketing Services Firm - Waltham, Mass. Based just outside of Boston, Imagitas is a very successful and growing Marketing services firm. The Company creates products that allow its clients to communicate with highly profitable, yet hard-to-reach customer segments. For example, Imagitas partners with the U.S. Postal Service to help advertisers reach the 23 million U.S. households that move each year. They also partner with several state Departments of Motor Vehicles, to reach drivers at critical points at time, when they may be more open to client messages and offers. All of Imagitas’ programs strictly adhere to consumer privacy regulations and other guidelines established with government distribution partners, so clients can participate confidently, knowing that consumer data is handled with extreme care. For more information, visit www.imagitas.com. The Contracts Manager will provide the full scope of contract management and administration by preparing, evaluating, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing commercial contracts.  Manage company’s contractual relationships with clients and serve as liaison with internal business units.   Business & Relationship Development Manage and guide the contract process between legal, internal business units, sales department and external clientsProvide advice and guidance on contractual issues to internal business unitsProvide guidance to Contracts Managers Projects & Processes Draft, review, edit, analyze, negotiate and administer terms and conditions of client, vendor, consultant agreements, NDAs, etc. working closely with internal business unitsMaintain contract database and electronic and paper filing system on real time basisAssist Director of Contracts with deal sheet/contract tracking report updates and meetings with CFOEnsure final contracts are consistent with negotiated agreementsEnsure timely execution of contractsPrepare contractual correspondences to clientsAssist Director of Contracts with high-level contracts and negotiationsProvide general support to Contracts Department Note: Some traveling maybe required (Minimal) No relocation provided. Required Skills A minimum 7 years contract management experience required Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts required In depth working experience independently negotiating limitation of liability required Extensive experience independently negotiating indemnification A Bachelors’ degree preferred Other Critical Skills  Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate terms and conditions of contracts Work under minimal supervision Ability to fully understand, interpret and evaluate contractual language and its impact Handle and close a substantial volume of revenue contracts with short turnaround time Ability to effectively shift priorities and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship skills Excellent business writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and other software High attention to detail and organization Self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible
