Staff Attorney, IP Law - H1744

Job Description Provide legal counsel to the company on IP issues in the areas of patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark. Manage the invention disclosure process, including evaluation of inventions, review of prior art searches, filing and prosecution of patent applications.  Analyze patents of other parties with respect to our products, and prepare noninfringement and invalidity opinions. Prepare proof packages showing the need of third party products with respect to our patents. Help draft and negotiate IP license agreements.Job Requirements At least 4 years of experience in IP Law practice. Member of the California Bar and licensed to practice before the US Patent Office. JD degree from an ABA approved Law School.
