Supervisor of Surveillance Investigations

Global Options Fraud and SIU Services, a division of the GlobalOptions Group, is a nationwide investigative firm servicing the Insurance, Legal, Corporate, and Government communities. We perform activity checks and conduct background and claims investigations on potential fraudulent worker's compensation, auto liability, general liability,long and short term disability claims. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor of Surveillance Investigations for our Nashville, TN office. The position will require you to communicate the essential functions and requirements with new hires, as well as training current investigators who are not meeting company standards as far as obtaining adequate video, report writing, and pre-texting. In addition, you will monitor quality control through tape review, report editing, and spot checking investigators. Insuring all investigators are conducting investigations in a legal manner is another vital job function.You will need to keep open communication with Manager of Investigations at all time concerning each investigator, and also maintain open communication with clients, as necessary. All candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check. NOTE - ONLY CANDIDATES POSSESSING Management  EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Qualifications: 3 years experience in the investigative industry; college degree and/or 5 years management experience
