TRADEMARK PROSECUTION PARALEGAL

A very prominent law firm is seeking to hire a Trademark Prosecution Paralegal.  The potential candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in all aspects of trademark prosecution up to and including:

· Drafted Cease and Desist letters.

· Handled domestic and foreign trademarks filings.

· Assessed watch notices and submitted investigative report on results. Filed Assignments with the U.S.

· Investigated potential infringements of trademarks and domain names.

· Drafted responses to Office Actions, as well as, Section 8/9 Renewals and Section 8/15 Use Affidavits.

· Prepared and filed Power of Attorney documents.

 

Bachelor's Degree

Law Firm Experience required.



SALARY: 50K - 60K
