Our ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed, a positive and adaptable outlook, and a creative thought process. We are looking for someone who is talented, intelligent, professional, and has the desire to take their work to the next level.

Technical Recruiter will need to support the Staffing and Recruitment function by sourcing and recruiting industry talented individuals including Sales, IT and Professionals.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and ensure adequate staffing for all locations.
• Support the internal and external recruiting process.
• Organize and plan all recruitment efforts company wide.
• Recruit active and passive candidates for competitive intelligence from other organizations.
• Track resumes and applications ensuring all applicants regardless of source, (i.e. the internet, referrals, networking, cold calling and recruiting events) are maintained in Hodes IQ applicant tracking system.
• Notify field HR Reps of updates and changes to the hiring process.
• Generate new hire letters and ensure employee background investigations.
• Generate and maintain candidate reports.
• Update the Corporate Career Center when needed.
• Maintain quarterly staffing metrics to track hires, terminations, transfers, demotions, calculation of turnover and ROI.
• Manage new hire orientation for new employees.
• Attend local Career Fairs
• Assist Vice President of HR with various implementation projects and reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Associates’ Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years recruiting or sales experience (industry experience preferred).
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of marketing/staffing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess highly developed interpersonal and people skills.
• Strong interviewing and client developmental skills.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in written form within all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate success generating candidates through cold calling and direct sourcing methods.
• Experience implementing competitive sourcing skills in-house and identify external information resources to target the top tier candidates.
• Experience interacting with sales and client community.
• Excellent teaming skills; team player in fast paced environment.
• Solid work ethic and result oriented.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws issues related to hiring.
• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all human resource information.
• High degree of organization, follow-up and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit and work with a computer for a long period of time
• (6-8 hours).
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate standard office equipments.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written and auditory skills to discuss work-related matters.
• Must be able communicate read, write and speak fluent English.
