Temporary Commercial Attorney

A multi-national tier-one automotive supplier located in the Saginaw, Michigan, is searching for an experienced Commercial Attorney for a temporary assignment. The position requires 5+ years of experience in commercial, transactional and counseling roles. The qualified candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, as well as providing legal advice and counseling with respect to commercial disputes. Further responsibilities included obtaining and coordinating legal resources in specialized areas both within the company or from outside counsel. Strong communication skills required.
