Responsibilities: Order Due Diligence such as title commitments, underlying documents and Phase 1's Calendar all Critical Dates Assist Real Estate Legal Specialists with preparing Legal Due Diligence documents for review Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal specialists. Requirements: BA/BS degree. Paralegal certification a plus. 1+ years of Paralegal, Real Estate Legal, or office expereince. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Access is a plus.
