Intellectual Property Associate - Trademark Prosecution

Growing mid-sized, full service New York City based law firm seeks an Intellectual Property associate with 2-4 years of Trademark Prosecution experience for its IP group.
The firm is known for its collegial atmosphere and partner accessibility.

The right candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Transactional work experience
Trademark prosecution experience
Experience preparing and negotiating licensing agreements
Drafting and responding to cease and desist orders, UDRP etc
Trademark litigation experience - TTAB preferred
NY Bar admission required
The right candidate should have knowledge of:
Corporate acquisition work
IP Due Diligence 


In addition - the right candidate will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and strong analytical skills. Superior interpersonal abilities. Reliable character, ethics and a dedication to teamwork. Effective time, project and client management habits.
