Trademark Paralegal in Business and Legal Affairs

Junior paralegal (2-3) years preferably with trademark experience, will assist the Trademark Manager with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark selection, clearance, research, investigation and maintenance for an international professional sports organization.

Candidate will also be responsible for providing general transactional and litigation support to staff attorneys.  The responsibilities of the legal department continue to expand, including oversight of risk management, greater involvement in litigation and expanded scope of the sports organizations various international and domestic trademark filing program.  This position is designed to provide  greater efficiency and improved responsiveness to the trademark filing needs  of the various business groups.
