The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration. Candidates should have experience with drafting of documents and have a familiarity with estate plan design. Experience with revocable trust funding, probate and post-death trust administration and drafting of probate court documents is desired. Candidates should have a familiarity with estate and gift taxes. Candidates must have a strong academic record from an accredited law school. Compensation is dependent on experience level.
