The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities Perform design and support tasks as part of the Web Solutions group within the GSD Strategic Initiatives & Operations organization. Position exists to assist the lead designer in delivering new Custom Solutions and providing maintenance support to existing sites. Responsibilities include: translating business requirements and specifications into a functional design to enable business functions while adhering to global UI design considerations and templates; working with key stakeholders and internal teams to clarify requirements, review and obtain approval of final deliverables; working with quality assurance teams to correct design defects in a timely manner; ensure adherence to the defined delivery process; keep management informed as to individual status.Qualifications 1. Knowledge of design, layout, typography, and color fundamentals. 2. Proficient in using Photoshop and Dreamweaver and familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 3. Strong conceptual ability. 4. Good written and verbal communication skills. 5. Skilled at creating and maintaining web content that reinforces the LexisNexis brand and design standards. 6. Ability to work and communicate with business users, product and project managers. 7. Commitment to quality deliverables; attention to detail. 8.
