Work directly with various business units to gather requirements and lead development discussions. 2. Collaborate w/ cross-functional teams to help define project scope. 3. Design and develop web interfaces using the latest technologies to provide a rich, robust and responsive user experience 4. Leverage technical knowledge and expertise to recommend solutions to fit the needs of end users 5. Ability to develop solutions for loosely defined specs, with only high level direction. 6. Produce high-quality code that is easily maintainable and reusable 7. Utilize the company's content management APIs to empower content managers and producers to easily maintain web site content. 8. Provide technical feasibility assessments and project sizing as requested by business owners 9. Document any new functionality 10. Identify and implement any potential measures to improve the overall efficiency and performance of the web development teamQualifications 1. Must have at least 3 years experience in building dynamic, interactive web applications with administration tools used to update these websites and applications. 2. Experience in the following is required: ASP.Net 1.1/2.0, C# (CSharp), AJAX, SQL Server 2000/2005, ASP, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript 3. Demonstrate strong leadership ability and organizational skills 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms 5. Strong interpersonal skills for working with other members of the web development team and cross-functional project teams 6. Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs and take ownership of assignments. 7. Strong sense of web design and usability concepts 8. Advanced experience with web development tools 9.
