JOB SUMMARY:

Associate attorney handles the legal defense of workers' compensation claims from inception to final resolution. Includes all aspects of discovery and litigation.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Undergraduate and Law degree
+ CA State Bar admittance to practice
+ 1 or more years experience in legal practice; workers' compensation preferred
+ Superior negotiation skills, analytical abilities, research skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Work closely with insurance company and TPA (third party administrator) clients
+ Must be committed to superior and proactive handling of case load
