POSTION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record to be responsible for the overall efficient operation in the Midwest. The selected candidate will ensure that all of the company’s operational and financial plans are put into place and adhered to throughout the region.
KEY DUTIES Trains and mentors managers and supervisors to develop leadership skills and potential. Selects and develops staff members to ensure strong bench strength within the company. Utilize sources and recruiting techniques to attract and retain flexible, talented staff. Monitors performances and acts on deviations from standards or plan (i.e. financial, customer service). Develops initiatives to increase sales and manage or reduce costs while improving quality of service. Assures consistent implementation of marketing strategies. Performs analysis and makes recommendations to ensure competitive advantage from a financial, marketing, customer service and human resources perspective. Works with staff to ensure good labor relations. Ensures compliance with corporate safety and environmental standards. Communicates corporate agenda to field management and takes the customer response back to the corporate officers. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING 7 to 10 years customer service experience in transportation and/or multi-unit retail or fast food operations. 2 to 5 years strong, broad experience in financial analysis, customer service, marketing/merchandising and human resources. Bachelor’s degree preferred Demonstrated management/supervisory skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills and ability. Training and motivation skills. Aggressive and capable of future advancement. Regional travel required up to 40%. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
