This is a tremendous opportunity to work in a fast paced international environment.   Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will fulfill a critical function, and with an international expansion planned, upward progression for the right candidate is assured.  

Responsibilities

·         General accounting duties include:

  balancing general ledger accounts assisting in the month-end close balance sheet reconciliation financial statement preparation accounts payable accounts receivable payroll handling wire transfers preparing journal entries

 

 

Background and experience

 

·         BS in Accounting

·         Two to three years general accounting experience

·         Strong Computer and data entry skills (MS Office)

·         Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.

·         Excellent Excel and technical ability

·         QuickBooks experience is preferred

·         Prior experience of accrual accounting and revenue recognition is preferred

·         GAAP exposed preferred
