Activities & Recreational Program Director

AAM, LLC exclusively provides management and consulting services to numerous master-planned development, condominium and commercial associations throughout Arizona.  We have raised the bar in terms of integrity and customer service, which is evident in the quality and professionalism of the firm today.

We are currently seeking a dedicated on-site Activities & Recreational Program Director to create, coordinate and successfully execute a wide range of exciting and enriching activities and programs for the residents of Anthem at Merrill Ranch!

Position Summary:Primarily responsible for identifying, coordinating and marketing all resident programs including recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational and entertainment designed to enrich the quality of life and enhance the vibrancy of the community for residents.  Oversees wellness staff and all facilitators to ensure facilities, events, classes and customer service meet the needs of the residents. Attend HOA Board of Directors meetings as well as club and committee meetings for the application for charter process, assignment of facility space, the development and promotion of programs.

 

Essential Skills and Experience:Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and effective public speaking presentations. Computer efficiency with respect to database software, internet and website portals. Prior experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs. A degree in recreation, hospitality or communication fields preferred but not required.
