Administrative Office Assistant
We are looking to fill multiple vacancies in each position, detail for each position below:
Documenters for ERP/SAP Systems
SUMMARY: This position is will last approximately 3 months, and is full time at 40 hours.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Posses a high level of experience with scripting transaction codes in JDE, SAP, etc. across several modulesPosses a high level of familiarity with same systemsHave solid communication skills, both verbal and writtenHave the ability to work with end users and speak their language to gather information to create scripts that will help themBe a self starter that is able to work independently as well as in a teamBe able to successfully manage a projectBe able to document changes and provide training friendly materialHave good people skills and be comfortable interacting with all skill levels in the workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in working with SAP/ERP systems and transaction codes. Proven expertise with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint a plus. Minimum relevant experience of 2 years.
