Analyst Intern

In addition to the usual aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, resource management, cost management, and program control, Robbins-Gioia develops and implements methodologies to better identify, forecast, and control problem spots in complex programs.


Internship Opportunities with Robbins-Gioia
Robbins-Gioia offers a 10-week program during which interns will train for one full week, and dedicate the next nine weeks at their assigned project site. At your assigned project site you will gain hands-on experience in the management of complex, multi-track projects and small-scale programs while balancing scope, time, cost and quality. Interns will gain a solid understanding of project management including the tools and approaches to manage interactive projects and experience the project life cycle from concept to completion. Additionally, as a group project, the interns will work as a team to manage a large corporate project that they are assigned from a “client� and will have to present their findings at the completion of the Internship.

Typical activities of an intern may include:
• Assisting Project Managers with managing multi-track projects and / or programs of multiple projects
• Learning basic project and client management skills
• Understanding how to establish and maintain project and / or program communications including / involving the client strategy group and client contacts
• Gaining knowledge of project specification, budgets and resource allocation
• Defining and maintaining project schedules and work plans
• Assisting with general administrative duties
• Provide support to project management team in various tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA required
• Must be a junior in Undergraduate studies; sophomores may be
• Demonstrated leadership through community involvement or campus activities
• Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
