Key is meeting the future with confidence. Won't you join us? Job Description: Under general direction, responsible for conducting and documenting the more complex risk review projects independently. Position may provide functional advice or training to less experienced risk review positions. Typically requires five to seven years of experience.Essential Functions:* Independently performs more complex risk reviews (analyze levels of operational, credit, market and compliance risk), audits and examinations of business unit functions. * Recommend efficient and effective processes (consulting/advisory services) for managing risk * Execute annual risk review/consulting plans * Test internal controls * Interact with senior level clients within the organization in order to communicate and 'sell' difficult concepts/issues as appropriate* May coordinate and manage risk reviews (serve as the Reviewer in Charge 'RIC') Required Skills:* A Bachelors Degree with 5-10 years of related experience. Equivalent experience may be considered. * Knowledge of industry * Solid written and communication skills * Organizational skills * Self motivation * Ability to multi-task * Ability to work with high level clients and deal with complex issues * Ability to 'sell' difficult concepts and issues * Relationship building/management Preferred Skills:* Experience with institutional money management, portfolio management, mutual fund industry, investment advisory business, and/or financial analysis. * Working knowledge of Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations. Preferred Certifications: CFA, CIA, CISA, CFSA, CFIRS, CPA, CMA, CFP, or applicable securities licences.
