Associate Consultant - Building Effective Organizations

The global BEO (Building Effective Organizations) Practice, with its Regional teams, is key to this goal and is therefore seen as fundamental to the achievement of the firm's global strategy.  BEO helps business leaders design and build organizations that allow them to implement their strategies. We work with CEOs, business owners, and business unit leaders to bridge the gap between strategy, structure, and people, with a focus on execution. We help our clients to "decode" their strategies, clarify their business models and operating models, and identify organization design requirements - structures, governance and management systems, processes, jobs, culture and people capabilities - that will be required to make the organization work. By applying our knowledge of people and work, we help our clients build an efficient and effective organization that engages leadership, energizes employees, and drives performance throughout the business.  We currently have a need for an Associate Consultant to work as part of an exciting, high growth U.S. team of experienced consulting professionals and business developers. The U.S. Building Effective Organizations business is a new and challenging practice area that will appeal to professionals looking to deliver impactful business solutions for their clients. Main accountabilities: Provide analytical, conceptual and process support on a wide range of organizational consulting assignments Work on key client engagements as part of design/delivery teams Generate billing revenue by conducting analyses, developing reports and presentations and assisting clients in implementing change Work with BEO team members to build Hay Group’s consulting tools and offerings in the region  Project Management: Independently manage portions of client engagements and assist in the program management of client change initiatives.

Business Development: Assist Senior Consultants, Business Developers and Client Relationship Managers qualify and pursue opportunities at existing clients and targets through research, analysis, proposal development and project planning. Qualifications: MBA is required At least 3 years of experience in business-oriented consulting or strategic planning Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Demonstrated interest in organizational issues Ability to work effectively in teams
