QualificationsBA/BS degreeSix or more years experience in benefits outsourcingThree or more years project management experienceAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with external clients and internal team members at all levels within the organizationsAbility to identify and proactively resolve process or relationship issuesExcellent project and people management skillsExcellent organization, planning and time management skillsExpert level in the MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

We are a small outsourcing company that is looking to quickly grow, and we will pay competitively for your experience.  Please note that call center experience alone will not qualify you for this role; we specifically need client management, project management and process management experience.
