We will train the candidate in our billing system (Elite billing system).  PRIMARY DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of the billing cycle for Technology division. The billing specialist will work closely with Billing Timekeepers and the Technology Operations team supporting client engagement teams.  Generate and distribute semi-monthly proformas/draft invoices/data dumps Edit and prepare bills with client engagement teams Answer day to day billing related questions Maintain billing files Update information in Elite billing system Apprise Technology Operations team of status changes on engagements Follow-up to ensure all approvals are received and paperwork is complete Generate and prepare various reports to client engagement and Technology Operations as requested Understand revenue implications associated with billing Other duties as assigned  SKILLS REQUIRED:Experience with Elite Enterprise billing software preferred Proficient in various software applications (MS Office) with a strong working knowledge of Excel Detail oriented Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to work with various levels of staff Flexibility to work overtime and some limited travel  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:3 or more years professional billing experience Must have a B.S. or a B.A. college degree (preferred) or commensurate work experience.
