We have an immediate opening in our Fort Wayne, Indiana for a Business Process Data Analyst.

 

Position Summary





Analyze business performance metrics and reporting to identify opportunities to streamline and automate. Review current metrics and reports for duplications, business need, performance triggers, formulas and field mapping with existing systems. Assist with generation of reports and metrics using established reporting services concepts. Familiar with operations and financial database applications to model, establish and maintain operational control and reporting.

 Essential Functions/Responsibilities





1.       Analyze metrics/reports and field map criteria with existing databases (i.e. AMS, PTS, LBS).

 

2.       Identify and capture business need and performance triggers (Green, Yellow, Red) for each metric/report.

 

3.       Create matrix and analyze data source (AMS, PTS, LBS, etc.) and metric formulas. Identify report/metric synergies and eliminate duplication.

 

4.       Analyze business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies.

 

5.       Determine opportunities for report/metric automation using established reporting services data store.

 

6.       Generate and support creation of performance metrics and reports.

 

7.       Provide trend analysis through assessment of metric reports including customer program and service provider performance data.

Qualifications

 

·         1-2 years of data reporting and analysis experience preferred

 

·         High level proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Access

 

·         Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization, customers, and suppliers.

 

·         Ability to work efficiently under stress in a fast paced environment

 

·         Ability to perform needs assessment, problem solving and root cause analysis.

 

·         Experience working in a team-based and cross functional environment

 

·         Ability to prioritize multiple projects

 

·         Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts or certification a plus

 

·         Some travel will be required
