Business Development Associate

Infinitive is a rapidly growing, commercially focused Management Consulting firm. We are looking to attract a seasoned Business Development Associate with a successful track record of developing anchor relationships at the “C” level as well as working and winning accounts within Global 2000 firms.  

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·        Business Development/Pursuit process leveraging outstanding reputation for high value, management consulting engagements.

·        Work with leadership team to formulate and execute an integrated marketing strategy and plan.  Ensure alignment with and support of goals and objectives.

·        Maintain familiarity with trends and best practices that create opportunities to add value to the client’s business.

·        Share knowledge and leading practices within the company.

·        Aggressively network and market client’s offerings through individual’s own extensive industry contacts as well as relevant networking/trade organizations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·        Bachelor’s degree required.

·        5-10 years plus of focused experience in selling and delivering on complex, high value, solutions-focused management consulting services.

·        Results focused, sets the bar high and knows how to develop a plan to get there

·        Demonstrated track record and history of achievement within an established Management Consulting firm.

·        Natural networker with the ability to cultivate relationships into well-defined, high value opportunities.

·        Robust rolodex of Fortune 500 VP level and above contacts

·        A collaborative, team player with an entrepreneurial focus and a passion to grow the business given the appropriate incentives to do so
