If you have 5 + years experience selling IT or business process outsourcing consulting for a Big 4 consulting firm such as Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers or other Business Process Consulting firms, please read on!What you will be doing:- Responsible for selling professional consulting services to mid-market and enterprise businesses, with a geographic focus in the Bay Area. - Responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish, including researching leads, calling into accounts, qualifying prospects & working with our Consultants to give software demonstrations and create proposals. - Have access to Technical Experts to assist you during the sales process, but you'll be driving the sales process yourself. -Research and prospect target leads -Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries and Microsoft referrals -Participate in and help manage marketing events/seminars -Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations (typically 30 to 60 minutes in duration). - Demonstrations take place online or in person if the prospect is located in the Bay Area area -Conduct cold calls per day into target accounts as necessary -Create proposals and pricing options for each prospect -Follow through on proposals until deal completion What you need: - Current or prior experience in a Business Development role selling similar Services. -Minimum of 5+ years business-to-business sales experience -Experience selling software and/or technology -Polished phone presence -Must to able to establish credibility with C-level executives -Enjoy working with technology and ability to learn technical areas of software related to sales -Highly motivated and dependable, a true self-starter -College degree, verifiable by transcripts -Enjoy working at small entrepreneurial company -Bay Area travel for onsite sales presentations (once or twice per month) This is a Business Development role for those who are Hunters. currently doesn't have any existing accounts to hand over to "Account Managers".What is in it for you:Compensation first year income potential $120k Base salary, commission, bonus with on plan total comp. of 200K first year Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision 401K So, if you have 5+ years of Business Development Business Process Outsourcing Consulting!Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
