Our average client engagement is 950 to 3,000 manhours and our professional fees require a minimum of $275,000 per engagement. We are not a start-up firm and our performance credentials in analysis and project engagements as a reengineering-based consultancy have established us as a leader among productivity and profit enhancement consultancies.


Duties & Responsibilities: Includes multiple meetings with prospective clients at the CEO or Owner level presenting our capabilites, credentials and ability to engineer and facilitate enhanced client company performance and profitability. Regional travel is required. The selling objectives of our prospective client meetings are to provide a comprehensive and documented Business Analysis Review© that will provide an objective overview and assessment of the current effectiveness of the prospective client's organizational, operational and financial management disciplines.



Position Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial profit and loss experience. Demonstrated sales accomplishments in the consulting industry. Progressive managerial advancement in prior professional service organizations whose primary product deliverable was both financial and intangible. Compensation ranges $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Educational requirements must include an undergraduate degree in business or finance. An MBA from an accredited school of business is desirable. The applicant must be able to substantiate an earned six (6) figure annual income during their last five (5) years of employment.
