Responsibilities:
The Federal Business Development Manger will be responsible for capturing Management Consulting services business within Federal Government agencies. The BDM will work with appropriate Federal Agencies, Federal Government procurement procedures and processes to develop business relationships with Federal Key decision makers, and uncover relevant business opportunities. Candidate will execute the capture management process from opportunity identification to proposal development to contract award, establishing business relationships with teaming partners as part of the capture strategy. This position will report to the VP of Management Consulting.

Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business Management, Administration, or Marketing.
• 5 years experience growing sales in Management Services within the Federal Government.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenues.
• Thorough knowledge of various Federal purchasing vehicles (GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs) and the ability to define and implement a strategy for contract development and closure.
• Must possess highly entrepreneurial spirit, approach, intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, resilience and initiative.
• Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels and in all parts of the government.
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven record of implementing marketing strategies to leverage the capabilities of an organization into new customers, identifying business opportunities in the Management Consulting sector and leading the capture effort to win new business.
