EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor s degree from a four year college or university; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Successful candidate must be able to articulate knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Man-Man or other product. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to build spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel including simple formulas and formats. Candidates should be able to utilize Microsoft Word effectively in writing. Knowledge of Visio or other flow chart software is desirable.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSAPICS CPM or NAPM CPIM is desired. Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the concepts covered in these two programs.ATTITUDEThe incumbent is required to demonstrate a positive attitude on a consistent basis when working with others.TEAMWORKThe incumbent must demonstrate and promote teamwork on a consistent basis within the assigned department as well as across functional lines of operations.
