We are currently looking for consultants with strong communications skills and demonstrated experience working on complex projects

 

A qualified candidate must be adept at developing communications strategies, delivering communications solutions, and providing “hands on” implementation support.  Successful candidates are able to work in close partnership with multiple stakeholders aligned though multiple business units to develop and execute a communications strategy for the end user community and related business owners. Candidates must be able to quickly identify opportunities, develop strategies to bring direction and action, provide resolution, and deliver immediate business value.  They also must be able to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and perform well in stressful environments while working independently or on a team.

 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Required Skills

 

· Facilitate stakeholder analysis to determine appropriate communication and  engagement methods

· Drive development of communications plans, including coaching senior business executives in effective means of communication with broad international stakeholder groups

· Develop communication plan elements directly or by building partnerships with business users and leaders

· Assist team members with customizing communications for their audience-specific needs

· Assist with the development and execution of overall project communications strategy and plan

· Prepare communications for cross-functional audiences at all levels of the organization

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies

 

· Prior communications experience in a corporate/business-focused environment, preferably with an emphasis on a major transformational project (preferably an ERP/SAP implementation)

· Strong written communication skills

· Ability to quickly understand and adapt to an organization, including its people, lexicon, and processes

· Ability to drive to best solutions, manage to deadlines and produce quality deliverables, striking the right balance between consensus and setting direction

· Organized and capable of multi-tasking

· Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
